I don't think I've snowshoed since the fourth grade field trip...and that hardly counts as showshoeing. And I have never built an igloo. So Ashlyn, Carly, and I were all excited when Tyler invited us to go do both of those. I may not have been very helpful in cutting out the snow blocks or actually constructing the igloo, but let me tell you, I packed down snow and filled in the gaps like nobody's business. We had such a fun time all hanging out and playing in the snow, and one of the most fun parts was sledding down. . . we hardly walked at all, just cut through all the switchbacks and slid down almost to the bottom!
